Peer not authenticated

Problem :-

1. DDMS files not found: D:\AndroidSDK\platform-tools\adb.exe

2. Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list-2.xml, reason: peer not authenticated

Solution:-

1. Start Android Manager.
2. Install "Android SDK Platform Tools." If During updating you receive Problem "Failed to fectch" error use below mentioned steps.
3. Manager is Unable to connect Using HTTPS. Switch to HTTP . In order to do that Click             Tools-->Settings
4. Click check Box "Forct https://.... Sources to be fetched using http://".
